Utah Knowltons-update

Well, the year end and holidays and life and everything slowed me down a bit, but I’m back on task with the book.

I have finished most of the text dealing with Sydney Algernon Knowlton (chapter 1) and Benjamin Franklin Knowlton (part of chapter 2). I have started work on the section in chapter 2 dealing with Ruhamah Burnham Knowlton and her husband Erastus H. Derby. I’ll have a new version of the PDF file up soon.

Hello, I stumbled upon your website after looking up the last name Broshinsky which was my grandfathers last name. He was Holocaust survivor and for all we know he lost his entire family. I wanted to know if you possibly had any relatives that survived. My grandfathers name was Avram Broshinsky and he was from Poland. If you know of anything then that would be great. Thanks a lot.

He makes reference to going to Doremus and tending the water. Do you know where Doremus is? I expect it’s near Tooele city, Utah. But I’d like a more specific location. A.F. Doremus was a cousin, neighbor and mentor to my Father, who was named after A. F. Doremus.
